ABOUT US
The Women on the Lead program was initially created by a female graduate who through her work had opportunities to meet with many successful women. The lost opportunity to engage with these women during her college years showed there was a gap between the young female undergrad/fresh graduates entering the workforce with these established women to engage in a formal information sharing sessions. This gave birth to what is now the Women on The Lead Program.
The aim of WOTL is to serve as a knowledge hub platform which helps women succeed in their fields by equipping them with the right knowledge through various trainings and experience sharing sessions. WOTL firmly believes that information/knowledge is power. Thus creating a means to share this information is the everyday objective the WOTL lives by along with its main slogan:
